Bring your school or children’s group mindfulness, creativity, and self-esteem with our Mindful Meditation Kids Workshops! These engaging and interactive sessions help children explore mindfulness through fun crafts and guided meditation, creating a positive space to build self confidence, self-expression and relaxation.
• Guided Meditation Sound Bath Workshop (5-15 minutes): A calming experience using crystal singing bowls, metal Tibetan bowls and bamboo chimes to help children ground themselves and find inner peace.
This workshop will begin with a discussion on Crystal bowls, benefits of meditation and tools to navigate stressful emotions and will conclude with a interactive experience allowing children to explore and play the instruments
Workshop is approximately 1hr
This activity combines creativity, breathwork, and relaxation. Kids will first create a Mindful Breathing Pinwheel, a simple craft that spins as they practice gentle breathing. The pinwheel becomes a tool for breath awareness, calming the mind, and focusing on the present moment. After completion of the pinwheel, a short guided meditation will teach children how to use breath work in daily life, following which they will be given the opportunity to explore the instruments.
Workshop is 1 - 1.5hrs
This workshop will begin by children assembling their book designed to help them explore their thoughts, express their feelings. Through fun and meaningful prompts, children develop mindfulness skills that can help to feel calmer, happier, and more in control of their emotions. After completion of the book, children will be taken through a full body scan and short mindfulness meditation then given the opportunity to play and explore the instruments.
Workshopis 1 - 1.5hrs
In this workshop, each child will create a personalized message box filled with 20 daily affirmations to uplift and inspire them every day. They’ll have the chance to decorate their box using paint, colorful paper, stickers, foil accents, and cut apart the positive messages to fill it. This engaging project encouraging self-expression, positivity, and a growth mindset while letting kids’ imaginations soar.

At Cassara Tree, we believe in nurturing mindfulness, creativity, and self-esteem in children. We created this workshop package in response to the growing need for emotional regulation tools, as childhood stress, anxiety, and depression continue to rise. Our goal is to offer children a safe space to explore mindfulness practices, develop self-awareness, and build resilience through engaging, hands-on activities.
